All standard consultation sessions are $220. This fee applies to private clients, Medicare (with rebate), and private health insurance clients.

Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP) and current GP referral are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session (as per current Medicare schedule), which can be claimed after payment.

Private health insurance clients will be issued a tax invoice to submit directly to their insurer for reimbursement, depending on their level of cover.

NDIS, WorkCover, and CTP-funded clients are seen, with fees subject to current industry standards and applicable funding rates.

Please note that Medicare, private health insurance, NDIS, WorkCover, and CTP claims are the responsibility of the client to submit, as per current regulatory and funding requirements.

Services are provided to adults aged 18 years and over only.

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect both your time and your therapist’s time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. This is because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot be offered to another client at short notice.
