Referral Requirement: You must be referred by your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist under a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Bring Your Plan: Ensure you bring your referral to the appointment or email it when booking.

Progress Reporting: After 6 sessions, your practitioner will send a report to your referrer detailing the treatment, recommendations, and any request for additional sessions (as required by Medicare).

Further Appointments: For more sessions, return to your referrer for a review to determine eligibility for up to 4 additional sessions, bringing the total to 10 per calendar year.

Completion of 10 Sessions: After 10 Medicare-rebated sessions, a progress report will be sent to your referrer, summarizing progress and recommendations. Additional private sessions can be accessed, but Medicare covers only 10 per year.

Payment and Rebates: Full payment is required at the time of your visit. With a valid referral, you will receive a Medicare rebate ($89.96). There will be an out-of-pocket cost, as we do not offer bulk billing.

Concession Card holders on a mental health plan will be bulk billed.

For $220 per session, you’ll receive focused time and expert guidance to support your mental well-being.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that both your time and our therapist's time are respected. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the session's overall cost will apply. This is because the time for your session has been specifically reserved for you, and once allocated, that space cannot be given to someone else. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The NDIS supports eligible individuals with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities, as well as early intervention for those with developmental delays.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Australian citizen, permanent visa holder, or Protected Special Category visa holder.
   

• Resident of Australia.
   

• Under 65 years old when entering the NDIS.
   

• Permanent disability significantly impacting daily activities.
